- Online payments are currently handled through Stripe, PayPal, or PayPay, depending on the method selected during booking.
- Payment timing
- Online charges are made when the customer completes payment on the hosted Stripe, PayPal, or PayPay payment page. Inquiry submissions alone do not create a charge.
- Service timing
- Accommodation and any selected add-on services are provided on the reserved date(s) shown in the confirmed booking.

Cancellation / refund policy
7 or more days before arrival: free cancellation.
2–6 days before arrival: 30% of the total booking fee.
1 day before arrival: 60% of the total booking fee.
Day of arrival or no-show: 100% of the total booking fee.
Date changes are treated as a cancellation and a new booking.
